We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, with the rooms being well presented and the daily maid service doing a great job. The hotel facilities were smart and nicely decorated in a modern design, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location was fantastic, being close to key NYC main sites and next to Times Square. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, just off the main Times Square strip and right near the M&Ms World Store. It was incredibly convenient to be able to walk to Times Square and the nearby subway stations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly moving us to a nicer room when we expressed our unhappiness. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel facilities, particularly the hallways and lobby, were beautifully maintained and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the middle of Times Square. The location was perfect for us, especially during New Year's celebrations, as we were right in the heart of all the action. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the modern and comfortable ambiance added to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a bar attached where we could start our evenings. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was pleasantly loud, providing a soothing background noise for a good night's sleep.

Right in the heart of Times Square, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and all transportation systems. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenient breakfast options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and informative. The rooms were cozy and tidy with controllable thermostats in the room and probably the most plush mattress we've ever slept on. The hotel is located near the diamond district and right next to Times Square, which is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it's very convenient to be so close to all the Broadway shows and Times Square itself, but on the other hand, it can get quite crowded and noisy at times. the location was excellent for exploring this city.
