We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. It was also close to other New York attractions and the Lincoln Tunnel, making it easy to access. The hotel room was clean and spacious, especially for Manhattan standards. The staff was friendly and accommodating, as they immediately moved us to a different room when we didn't like the initial one. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel partnered with a parking garage across the street, which made parking our vehicle hassle-free.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with cool code locking for lockers in the shared room. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Times Square, the Javits center, and the theater and Hell's kitchen area. Additionally, it was near the Port Authority Bus Terminal, making transportation convenient.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me early access to the restaurant before it opened. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel was welcoming and relatively quiet compared to other busy hotels. The location was great, situated on a main road with excellent public transportation connections, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there was a $1 pizza place nearby for a quick and affordable meal.
